The observations workflow can be defined according to the needs of the organization, from observation through classification and investigation to measures, evaluation, and approval.

Confidential observations are only visible to those involved in the processing. The actions to be taken in connection with the processing of observations are defined, assigned, and scheduled in the system.

Documents and photos can be easily attached to the observation either from a computer or directly from a mobile device.
