Our partnership programme is built on an understanding of how you serve your customers. We've designed the programme to support your specialist work, strengthen your local presence and enable successful business growth.

Our partnership programme will expand in the future, but in the initial phase we will focus on building expert partnerships. Our aim is to create a network where our PRO24 sales partners provide customers with expert services, local support and industry expertise. HSEQ industry experience and understanding will play a key role in our partner network.

Partner's role and responsibilities

We have prepared a simplified summary of the partner's roles and responsibilities in relation to sales, deployment and support.

Sales
The partner's task is to acquire customers and collect orders for PRO24 access rights in its sales territory. The Partner will act as Protect's commercial agent and will use its best efforts to promote the sale of PRO24 rights.

Deployment
The partner must provide customers with deployment services for PRO24. In addition to training of the customer's administrators, the deployment may include development and other value-added services. For these services, the partner may charge the customer according to its own price list.

User support
The Partner is responsible for providing free user support to customers, which includes receiving customer service requests, handling customer communications and providing general guidance on the functionality of the interface. The Partner may also provide additional services, such as additional training, software configuration and system work, for which it may charge according to its own price lists.

As an official partner, you will be part of the PRO24 community and will be supported by a proven model to add value for your customers and grow your business.

    • The partner identifies a potential customer from his/her own network.
    • The partner will present PRO24 as part of its own expert solution.
    • The customer purchases the system. The partner carries out the deployment.
    • The partner provides user support. Protect supports the partner with technical issues.
    • The partner monitors the customer and identifies opportunities for further sales.
  4. Sustainable growth together
    We invoice the customer for the fees under the SaaS contract and pay the partner commissions. We are responsible for making PRO24 available to users and for maintaining and developing the software. Together with the partner, we build long-term plans that support the continuity of the partnership and the sustainable growth of your business.
