Sponsorship and donations

Protect supports ethically and morally acceptable behaviour in line with its values. The aim of sponsorship is to make a tangible difference and to be an active and responsible part of society. Donations are always free of charge and are directed towards supporting activities to prevent exclusion and inequality. Instead of sending Christmas reminders to clients, the funds are donated to a cause chosen each year on the basis of initiatives taken by staff.

What do we sponsor?

We sponsor sustainability work in the area where we operate in Finland. Our focus is on cultural and sporting associations to prevent exclusion and inequality.

  • Sponsorship has a positive impact on Protect's brand image.
  • Sponsorships and partnerships involve Protect's key stakeholders.

Principles of sponsorship

  • You must act honestly, in accordance with the law and good business practice.
  • Sponsorship must be generally accepted and must not be misleading.

We do not sponsor

  • Items that conflict with our values or the Protect brand.
  • Politically or religiously affiliated sites.

Processing sponsorship applications

We assess the applications we receive against the objectives of our sponsorship. Sponsorship applications are processed 2 times a year during the month following the deadline for applications. Sponsorship calls close on 30 April and 31 October.
