Get a clear overview of the current situation and development needs
The GAP analysis provides a clear picture of how well your current management system meets the requirements of international standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) - and what is still missing.
GAP analysis is a systematic comparison between the current state and the target state. It identifies those requirements that are already being met and those where there is still room for improvement. The result is a concrete plan to help you prepare for certification or to develop your system in line with your objectives.
When should you do a GAP analysis?
The analysis is particularly useful before certification, but also when you want to ensure that the system supports your business objectives, is up to date and meets the relevant requirements.
The analysis to be carried out in one working day includes:
The review will take into account the requirements of the operating environment, stakeholder expectations, risks and opportunities, management processes, support functions, measurement and evaluation.
You will receive a clear report based on the analysis, which can be used both for management and for developing day-to-day activities.
GAP analysis can also be done in-house, but if you are not familiar with interpreting the standards, we recommend using an external expert. This will ensure the accuracy of the interpretation and provide an experienced expert's view on where to focus.
