Changes in the composition of Protect's Management Team as of 15.8.2022

The composition of SK Protect Oy's management team will change. Miia Laakso, Protect's Business Director and member of the Management Team, has left her position on 14.8.2022. Laakso will become Managing Director of Kuntien Hetapalvelut Oy.

As of 15 August 2022, Protect's Management Team will comprise Pertti Salo, CEO, Anita Trenn, Sales Director, Heikki Aho, Division President, Jussi Pesonen, Division Manager, and Reetta Olkinuora, appointed Division President, and Saija Pottala, appointed Development Manager, as new members as of 15 August 2022.

Both appointments were made from within the company. Mr Olkinuora, who was appointed Business Area Manager, is responsible for developing the quality, environment and safety at work service business and acts as a front person for the experts in the northern region. Olkinuora has previously worked for Protect as a safety and quality expert.

Pottala, who was HSEQ Manager at Protect, has been appointed as the company's Development Manager. In this context, he has taken over the entire responsibility for the company's internal development and HR functions.

In their new roles, Olkinuora and Pottala will report directly to Protect's CEO Pertti Salo.

- The new composition of the Management Team clarifies the roles of the service business and internal development. We have invested heavily in developing our management system and ensuring that we have clear policies and processes in place to support our growth objectives. Our target is 20% annual growth in turnover. The change will help us to ensure the targeted development of our internal functions and service business," says Salo.

Our services include HSEQ expert services and the PRO24 system delivered as a Saas service. We have strong expertise in particular in fire, chemical, environmental and occupational safety. Our expert services also cover the construction and development of management systems.

Our offices are located in Kokkola, Helsinki, Tampere and Pietarsaari. Protect has a total of 35 employees. Our subsidiary started operations in Tallinn in spring 2020.
