Future Workplaces 2022 certificate for Protect

SK Protect Oy has earned the Future Workplaces 2022 certificate for leading a company culture with exceptional employee understanding. The certificate is based on a Future Workplaces survey conducted among employees to determine how employees feel about the things they value most at work.

At Protect, we are passionate about our work and well-being at work is a very important part of our specialist work. We have invested heavily in creating a positive employee experience and an organisational culture that looks like the company, and our aim is to be the best place to work in Finland.

- Even though we know that we are a fun place to be, it was a positive surprise to achieve the Future Workplaces certificate in the first year of participation. We are delighted that the work we do to ensure the wellbeing of our staff is perceived as important. Our company's core mission and purpose were also highly valued in the survey, which shows that the work we do is perceived as meaningful," says CEO Pertti Salo.

The aim of the Siqni survey was to map the current state of staff satisfaction and to get feedback to improve operations. The Siqni index of the current survey was 84, which not only earned the company the Future Workplaces certificate, but also provided a lot of useful feedback on the effectiveness of current practices and areas for improvement. Employees rated the current relevant issues as the most relevant to their work:

• Freedom to work regardless of time and place
• Job safety and continuity
• A working environment where you can be yourself
• Meaningful work assignments

Employees are proven to give their best when the things that matter to them happen in the workplace - good employee understanding also helps us to improve the customer experience. The survey was conducted at the end of February 2022.
