We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who shares our enthusiasm for safety, quality and leadership development
Protect is known as a pioneer and frontline partner for HSEQ services. The company was born out of a passion for preventing accidents, improving operations and improving people's well-being.
Our services include safety, quality and environmental management documentation, training and expert services, complemented by the management tool we have developed, PRO24. Protect employs a total of 30 people. Our subsidiary started operations in Tallinn in spring 2020.
We are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to share our passion for safety, quality and leadership.
Do sales work and customer encounters make you light up?
Our sales team is responsible for Protect's new customer acquisition and supports the experts in developing customer relationships. Around 2/3 of your working time is spent on new customer acquisition. Sales is a team effort and we work towards common goals. We don't usually use safety and quality experts in new customer acquisition, so you must have enough experience in HSEQ to understand what is being talked about at the customer interface. The role would ideally suit a specialist who is passionate about sales and shares our enthusiasm for safety, quality and management development. Our client base consists of industrial SMEs and large companies. A self-motivated and systematic approach to work and doing is a prerequisite for success in your job, therefore you will enjoy not having anyone breathing down your neck asking questions about what you are doing. You can take action, stand behind the work you do and dare to ask for help when you need it. You enjoy being with people and feel at home at events and in close conversations around the boardroom table. You understand the importance of humour and know when to use it. Do you dare to roll up your sleeves and take the occasional leap into the unknown? Learning new things brings you the right challenges and ambitions. You listen to understand because you want to answer the right questions. When necessary, you have the stamina to take things forward in a controlled way.
More about you
We expect you to have the following skills or qualities
- You have HSEQ work experience and a basic knowledge of industry standards and legislation.
- Understand the effectiveness of risk management and preventive measures.
- Experience of working remotely.
- The ability to communicate the value of services to the customer.
- The courage to envision, propose and offer deals to the customer.
- The ability to work on your own initiative, from contacting leads through to the conclusion of a contract.
- An agile attitude to developing your own work
