Mia Granholm as Safety and Quality Specialist  

FM Mia Granholm, who joined Protect in September as a safety and quality expert, is the latest addition to the team.

- When I saw that Protect was looking for a specialist, I thought it would be an opportunity for me to fulfil myself and make the most of my education and long experience in the retail sector," says Mia.

After graduating from Vaasa University of Applied Sciences with a degree in IT, Mia continued her studies at Gävle University of Technology, majoring in decision making, risk analysis and policy analysis. Mia's specialties include quality management, process and quality management, policy analysis and design, and measuring employee well-being and leadership, among others.

- In particular, I've been looking at decision-making errors, such as errors in thinking under stress. I also did my thesis on this topic. In her spare time, Mia enjoys vintage cars and tinkering. "There are lots of interesting projects in walls, floors and furniture at home," she laughs.
