The PRO24 HSEQ system is becoming part of the Plenaxy ecosystem

On August 11, 2026, the PRO24 HSEQ system will become part of the Plenaxy ecosystem. At the same time, the process for purchasing and implementing the system will be updated: going forward, you will be able to explore, purchase, and implement PRO24 modules directly on the Plenaxy website.

Plenaxy is a software brand of SK Protect Oy that brings together digital solutions for the practical management and development of safety, quality, and environmental management.

PRO24 will not be discontinued, and the system’s familiar functionality will remain unchanged. The system, its modules, and current customers’ use of the system will continue as before. The change primarily affects how new customers can acquire the system and begin using it.

After the update, the organization can select the PRO24 modules it needs, purchase them from the online store, and activate them independently online.

Setup is easy and free, and getting started with the system does not require a separate or complex implementation project. New customers can start with a 14-day free trial and then continue directly as users of the system.

The PRO24's modular structure remains unchanged. An organization can start with a single module it needs and expand the system later as its operations and needs evolve.

ProtectThe current PRO24 pages on the .fi website will now redirect to the Plenaxy website. For customers, this change may appear as a new website and brand identity, but it does not involve a new system or a change in service provider.

PRO24 remains the HSEQ system developed and provided by SK Protect Oy.

This change does not require any action on the part of current PRO24 customers.

The system’s operation, modules, and familiar features will continue as usual. Customer service, support, and system development will also continue to be provided by SK Protect Oy.

As part of this change, the process of purchasing and implementing the system will be made smoother for new customers as well.
