Protect provides a service to its customers that helps them to act responsibly by safeguarding their people, the environment and their business. In this way, customers can ensure the performance of their business by preventing accidents and incidents and reducing their after-effects.

Our services include HSEQ expert services and the PRO24 system delivered as a Saas service. We have strong expertise in particular in fire, chemical, environmental and occupational safety. Our expert services also cover the construction and development of management systems.

Our offices are located in Kokkola, Helsinki, Tampere and Pietarsaari. Protect has a total of 37 employees. Our subsidiary started operations in Tallinn in spring 2020.

To strengthen our PRO24 development team, we are now looking for imaginative and experienced full stack software developers, whose tasks include versatile software development and maintenance tasks. As a developer you will design, implement and test new innovative solutions for the industry together with the team. The roles are new and the final job descriptions will be built around the skills profiles and aspirations of the selected individuals. The technologies we use include C#, Webforms, .NET CORE, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, M-Files. We consider Java, Spring Boot, Angular knowledge an advantage.

The goal is for this open-ended employment relationship to begin in February or March 2022. Your local office may be located in Tampere, Kokkola, or Helsinki, but we also make extensive use of various remote and hybrid work models. Everyone has ample opportunities to influence their own work, both in terms of content and work location. The base salary for this position follows our pay structure and ranges from €3,500 to €4,500 per month, based on your education, work experience, and the skills required for the role. The person selected for the role will participate in a monthly bonus system based on the service business’s performance, and we also support our employees’ well-being with comprehensive health insurance and benefits such as the ePassi employee discount program.
