At SK Protect Oy, we want to safeguard the well-being of people and the environment, as well as the business of companies all over Finland. We are looking for an effective marketing coordinator who wants to do meaningful work in the field of responsibility and safety. As a marketing coordinator, you will be part of our marketing team and you will immediately get involved in many interesting projects, such as web development and maintenance as well as multi-channel and diverse content production. The Tampere-based Marketing and Sales Director is your closest teammate and battle partner, but in your job you will get to work with many colleagues across team boundaries and you will also collaborate with our marketing partners.

• Coordinating our expert content and playing a strong role in organic social and newsletters.
• Participation in monthly steering group work with our marketing partner.
• Managing digital marketing in cooperation with our marketing partner's experts.

You don't have to do it all on your own - you'll have the support of your own team and the experts at our marketing partners. Most importantly, you need to be passionate about digital marketing and ready to develop your use of its tools at Protect.

As a marketing coordinator, you work with many stakeholders, so strong interpersonal skills are key to success. The role also requires self-direction and the ability to manage a wide range of content.

• You have a firm and proactive approach.
• You have good interpersonal skills.
• You're good at coming up with content and conducting background interviews.
• You'll be fluent in writing social media posts, expert content, customer stories and newsletters.
• You take search engine optimisation into account and feed your content into our WordPress platform.
• You can also take care of the graphic side and speak fluent Canva or similar

We hope you understand digital marketing and social media analytics and have a good understanding of the tools you need to do your job. We use Microsoft 365, WordPress, Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Drive, etc.), Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Mailchimp and Canva or other image editing software. Knowledge of CRM platforms would be an advantage.

A visual eye - depending on your skills, you'll also get to update marketing graphic materials and contribute to the visual design of our SaaS service, the PRO24 interface.
