Saija Pottala joins Protect as Safety and Quality Specialist
In March, Protect recruited three new safety and quality specialists, the first of whom is Saija Pottalafrom Kokkola. She will be based at the Kokkola office and will join Protect’s HSEQ expert team.
Saija has a long experience in industry, most recently as HSEQ Manager of an industrial operation and maintenance services company and as the company’s Health and Safety Manager. Saija had been interested in Protect as a company for some time and now the time seemed right to apply for the vacant position. The opportunity to make wider use of his own expertise in developing management systems was an attractive factor.
– “Developing management systems, the ability to see the big picture, and working with people are my strengths. I want to use my expertise to help companies so that the results of their work are reflected in efficient, smooth, and people-centered operations that are financially profitable,” Saija says.
